Announcements of implemented measures to protect against COVID-19
In an effort to prevent and minimize the spread of COVID-19, we consider droplet infection when dressing clients so we will always wear a mask and ask the client to do so also. In consideration of the health of both clients and staff, we established this structure. In addition to the new normal, when we dress clients, the dresser’s standing position used to be from the front, but we have changed the standing position to dress from the back as much as possible.
Please be sure to wear a mask,
and we will take your temperature.
The staff will be wearing masks or face shields and use gloves and sanitizer.
The dressers will be wearing a face shield and we ask clients to wear a mask while setting hair.

(We try to not get close to clients faces as much as possible.)
★In consideration of the “three Cs” and time shortening, we dress clients with more than 2 dressers for the following cases.
・No mirror at a dressing place
・Wearing Furisode, Tomesode, or Kimonos for formal situations.
・Large groups
